
Return & Refund Policy
At Victorieux, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and straightforward return process for eligible items within the UAE.
How to Return an Item
1. Request a Free Home Pick-Up:
You can return your item(s) through our complimentary home pick-up service. Simply request a return, and our courier will collect the items from you.
2. Schedule Your Pick-Up:
Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the collection. Pick-ups are usually arranged within 5 working days.
3. Return Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition to qualify for a return. Specific products are non-returnable (see below).
4. Damaged Items
If the item delivered to you is damaged, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report it. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item when filing the request.

Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges:
- Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids or gases (e.g., batteries).
- Personal hygiene products like swimwear, underwear, socks, and baby items (e.g., diapers, teethers).
- Personalized or custom-made items designed specifically for you.
- Fully assembled or installed products (e.g., playsets, ride-on toys).
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear, or that show signs of tampering or improper care.
- Products with missing serial numbers or labels.
Please note: International orders are generally non-returnable, except for faulty items, which require verification. Refunds for sale items will be processed based on the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we offer refunds in the following ways:
1. Prepaid Orders :
Refunds can be issued to your debit/credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or as Victorieux store credit.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD purchases are refunded as Victorieux store credit only.
You may opt to convert store credit into a refund to your bank account within 30 days of the store credit issuance (not applicable to COD orders). International warranty claims will require the customer to cover all associated shipping fees.
