1. What is the delivery time for my purchase?

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days within city limits and 5-7 working days for areas outside city limits. Remote locations may take up to 15 working days.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within the UAE.

3. How can I track my shipment?

4. Is there a minimum purchase for free delivery?

Yes, orders above AED 100 qualify for free delivery. Orders below AED 100 will incur a shipping charge of AED 10. All COD orders are subject to an AED 15 service charge.

5. Is express delivery available?

Currently, we do not offer express delivery. However, we plan to introduce this service in the near future.

6. Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available, with an additional charge of AED 15 per order.

7. Can I cancel my order after dispatch?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. You may return the item upon delivery by following our Return Policy.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund within 2-3 working days, subject to availability.

9. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, delivery addresses can be updated before dispatch. Please contact customer service if your new address is within the same city.

10. Can someone else receive the delivery on my behalf?

Yes, a designated person can receive your delivery. Please notify us in advance and ensure the recipient presents their ID at the time of delivery.
